Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement
Removal Procedure
- Front Bumper Fascia (1) » Remove — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
- Headlamp Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
- Headlamp Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
- Release the front headlamp guide pin from the front bumper fascia guide (1).
- Front Headlamp (2) » Remove [2x]
- Release the wiring harness retaining tab.
- Disconnect all electrical connectors.
- Loosen the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1).
- Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2).
- Pull the front bumper fascia upper stiffener (1) up and out over the stud.
- { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]
- { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) » Remove
- { If equipped } Disconnect the electrical connector.

Reposition the wiring harness.

Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]

Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) » Install
-
Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

Install the wiring harness.

{ If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) » Install
-
{ If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) » Install [4x] — Fastener Specifications

{ If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.

Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) » Install
-
Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1). Fastener Specifications

Connect all electrical connectors.

Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.

Front Headlamp (2) » Install [2x]

Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).

Headlamp Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications
-
Headlamp Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

Front Bumper Fascia (1) » Install — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
