Removal Procedure

  1. Oil Filler Cap » Remove

  1. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) » Remove
  2. Intake Manifold Cover (2) » Remove
  3. Install the oil filler cap after removal of the intake manifold cover to prevent debris from falling into the engine.

  1. Disconnect the charge air cooler air temperature sensor electrical connector.
  2. Charge Air Cooler Air Temperature Sensor (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

  1. Charge Air Cooler Air Temperature Sensor (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  2. Connect the charge air cooler air temperature sensor electrical connector.

  3. Oil Filler Cap » Remove

  4. Intake Manifold Cover (2) » Install

  5. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  6. Oil Filler Cap » Install
