1. Disconnect the rear seat belt mini-latch (1) .

2. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
3. 3rd Row Seat Riser Cover (1) » Remove [3x]
4. 3rd Row Seat Bolt – Front (2) » Remove [3x]

Note

Quantity of retainers may vary based on option content.

5. Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Divider Retainer (1) » Remove [2x]
6. Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Trim Compartment (2) » Remove

7. Lower the seat back to the folded position.
8. 3rd Row Seat Bolt – Rear (1) » Remove [5x]
9. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Note

If the seat back is raised to the up position, it will latch in that position. This could make any repair procedures more difficult.

10. 3rd Row Seat (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

Warning

During 3rd row seat installation, ensure both 3rd row seat belts are routed along the outside of the outer 3rd row seat hinge finish covers to prevent the seat belt from getting caught in the latch. Failure to route the seat belt correctly could result in personal injury.

1. 3rd Row Seat (2) » Install
2. Connect the electrical connector.

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

3. 3rd Row Seat Bolt – Rear (1) » Install and tighten [5x] — Fastener Specifications

4. Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Trim Compartment (2) » Install

Note

Quantity of retainers may vary based on option content.

5. Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Divider Retainer (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

6. 3rd Row Seat Bolt – Front (2) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

7. 3rd Row Seat Riser Cover (1) » Install [3x]

8. Connect the rear seat belt mini-latch (1) .
