1. Input Internal Gear (1) » Install
2. Direct Overdrive Sun Gear Shaft (2) » Install
3. Input Internal Gear Retaining Ring (3) » Install

Note

When installing the seals, movement of the seal pushing tool should be one continuous movement down the shaft, and should not last more than 2 seconds to prevent overstretching of the seals.

4. Set the DT-52096–1 seal installer (5) to the depth for each seal, then using DT-52096–2 seal installer (6), push the seal into position.
5. Direct Overdrive Sun Gear Shaft Seal (4) » Install NEW [4x]

Note

Seal robustness may be improved if the sizer is left on until the shaft is installed in the Triple Clutch Housing.

6. After all seals have been installed, install the DT-52096–3 seal sizer (7) over all of the seals as shown. The DT-52096–3 seal sizer (7) should stay installed for at least 5 minutes before removed.
