  1. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Cover and Pad (1) » Remove — 3rd Row Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Removal and Installation

  1. Unzip the seat back cover zippers.
  2. Reposition the seat back cover and pad as necessary.

  1. { If equipped } Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener Bolt (1) » Remove
  2. { If equipped } Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener (2) » Remove

  1. Pull outward and upward to release the 3rd row seat cushion pad support (1) from the seat frame.

  1. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Rear (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Front (2) » Remove [2x]

  1. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 2.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 2.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 2.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 2.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

  2. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Front (2) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  3. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Rear (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Pad Support - Outer (1) » Install

  5. { If equipped } Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener (2) » Install

  6. { If equipped } If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps: 8.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth. 8.2. Thread the cleaned component into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 8.3. Remove loose debris from internal and external threads using compressed air. 8.4. Apply liquid thread locking adhesive in a strip along half of the length of the external threads, starting at the tip, just prior to installation. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

  7. { If equipped } Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  1. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Inner Cover - Inside Inner (2) » Install
  2. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover Pin (1) » Install
  1. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover - Inside Outer (2) » Install
  2. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover Pin (1) » Install
  1. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Inner Cover - Inner (2) » Install
  2. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover Pin (1) » Install [2x]
  1. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover - Outer (2) » Install
  2. 3rd Row Seat Hinge Finish Cover Pin (1) » Install [2x]
  3. Return the seat back cover and pad to the original position.

  1. Zip the seat back cover zippers.
