DTC 3000 49 The control module detects an internal hardware failure. DTC 3000 4B The control module detects an internal temperature above the calibrated threshold. DTC 3000 54 The control module has not been programmed with the correct calibration file. DTC 3000 55 The control module has detected the alignment procedure is not completed. DTC 3000 56 The control module detects that alignment is outside the calibrated range. DTC 3000 57 The control module has detected a mismatch between software/calibration and hardware. DTC 3000 76 The control module has detected alignment is out of range. DTC 3000 97 The control module detects a blockage of the sensor. DTC 3000 9A The control module detects an internal temperature below a calibrated threshold (under temperature condition) Action Taken When the DTC Sets Any system that utilizes the B233B Forward Range Radar Sensor - Long Range is disabled. “Service Drivers Assist” displayed. Conditions for Clearing the DTC The condition for setting the DTC is no longer present. Diagnostic Aids DTC U3000 may set when the B233B Radar Sensor Module – Long Range is misaligned. Inspect the B233B Radar Sensor Module – Long Range for proper mounting and alignment. In most cases, a mounting or alignment issue may be caused by a front end impact/collision that may or may not be obvious. Physically check the radar mounting bracket for damage and ensure it is in alignment. Place the vehicle on a level surface. Use an angle gauge or level to make sure the bracket is mounted 90 degrees (+/- 3 degrees).
