1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
2. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (2) @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger » Remove
4. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (3) @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger » Remove
5. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal (4) » Remove and DISCARD
6. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose Clip (6) » Remove
7. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose (1) » Remove
8. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose Seal (5) » Remove and DISCARD
9. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
10. Remove the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

4. Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (1) » Install

12. Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

13. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

14. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose Seal (5) » Install NEW

15. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose (1) » Install

16. Air Conditioning Condenser and Evaporator Hose Clip (6) » Install

17. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal (4) » Install NEW

18. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (3) @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger » Install

19. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (2) @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

20. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

21. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

22. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
