42. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 3.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 3.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 3.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 3.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

4. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Link Bolt (3) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

5. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Front (2) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

6. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Rear (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

7. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame (1) » Install

8. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 8.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 8.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 8.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 8.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

9. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Link Bolt (3) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

10. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Front (2) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

11. 3rd Row Seat Cushion Frame Bolt – Rear (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

12. Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener (2) » Install [2x]

13. If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps: 13.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth. 13.2. Thread the cleaned component into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 13.3. Remove loose debris from internal and external threads using compressed air. 13.4. Apply liquid thread locking adhesive in a strip along half of the length of the external threads, starting at the tip, just prior to installation. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

14. Rear Seat Cushion Frame Dampener Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

15. 3rd Row Seat Back Frame (2) » Install

16. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 16.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 16.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 16.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 16.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

Note

Bolt holes are oversized to allow for seat back frame adjustment. Align the seat back frame with the opposite side seat back before tightening the seat back frame bolts.

17. 3rd Row Seat Back Frame Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

18. 3rd Row Seat Back Frame (2) » Install

19. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 19.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 19.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 19.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 19.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

Note

20. 3rd Row Seat Back Frame Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

21. Connect the 3rd row seat back latch cable end (1) to the seat back latch.

22. Connect the 3rd row seat back latch cable end (1) to the seat back latch.

23. Connect both 3rd row seat back latch release handle cable ends (1) to the seat back latch.

24. Connect both 3rd row seat back latch release handle cable ends (1) to the seat back latch.
