1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
3. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

4. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (2) » Remove
5. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Retainer (1) » Remove
6. Plug the rear brake crossover pipe nut to avoid fluid loss and contamination.

7. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Retainer (1) » Remove

8. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (1) » Remove
9. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Retainer (2) » Remove
10. Plug the rear brake hose inlet to avoid fluid loss and contamination.

11. Remove the right rear brake rear pipe (1) from the vehicle. Installation Procedure

12. Install the right rear brake rear pipe (1) into the vehicle.

13. Remove the plug from the rear brake hose inlet.

4. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

5. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Retainer (1) » Install

6. Remove the cap from the rear brake crossover pipe nut.

7. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Retainer (1) » Install

8. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (2) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

9. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

10. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding

11. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

12. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

13. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
