Warning

Disconnect the power window switch when working inside the door. When operated, the Express Up/Down Feature allows the door window to move very quickly, without stopping, which could cause personal injury.

1. Front Side Door Trim » Remove — Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation

2. Radio Front Side Door Speaker Bolt (1) » Remove
3. Radio Front Side Door Speaker (2) » Remove
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

5. Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
6. Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer (2) » Reposition

7. Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (1) » Remove

8. Front Side Door Check Link Nut (1) » Remove [2x]

9. Remove the front side door check link (1) through the radio front side door speaker hole. Installation Procedure

10. Install the front side door check link (1) through the radio front side door speaker hole.

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

2. Front Side Door Check Link Nut (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

3. Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

4. Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer (2) » Reposition

5. Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

6. Connect the electrical connector.

7. Radio Front Side Door Speaker (2) » Install

8. Radio Front Side Door Speaker Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

9. Front Side Door Trim » Install — Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation

10. Ensure the window system operates properly.
