1. Remove the charge air cooler, air conditioning condenser, engine cooler fan and engine radiator assembly. Charge Air Cooler, Condenser, Fan Motor, and Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation
2. Electrical Connector @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor » Disconnect

8. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Remove and DISCARD
9. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Small (4) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Remove and DISCARD Installation Procedure

1. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Install NEW
2. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Small (4) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Install NEW
3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Install

Caution

4. Air Conditioning Compressor Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

5. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) » Install NEW

6. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) » Install

7. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

8. Electrical Connector @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor » Connect

9. Install the charge air cooler, air conditioning condenser, engine cooler fan and engine radiator assembly. Charge Air Cooler, Condenser, Fan Motor, and Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation
