Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (LM2, 2WD) Single Use Fasteners and Components Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large [3x] Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Small [2x] Transmission Fluid Cooler Seal [2x] Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the charge air cooler, air conditioning condenser, engine cooler fan and engine radiator assembly. Charge Air Cooler, Condenser, Fan Motor, and Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation
  2. Electrical Connector @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor » Disconnect

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (1) » Remove
  2. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) » Remove
  3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) » Remove and DISCARD

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (1) » Remove

  2. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) » Remove

  3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) » Remove and DISCARD

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Small (4) » Remove and DISCARD

  5. Remove the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose from the vehicle. Installation Procedure

  6. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Small (4) » Install NEW

  7. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) » Install NEW

  8. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) » Install

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  2. Install the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose on the vehicle.

  3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Seal - Large (3) » Install NEW

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) » Install

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  6. Electrical Connector @ Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor » Connect

  7. Install the charge air cooler, air conditioning condenser, engine cooler fan and engine radiator assembly. Charge Air Cooler, Condenser, Fan Motor, and Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation
