  1. 3rd Row Seat (2) » Remove — 3rd Row Seat Removal and Installation

  1. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the 3rd row seat anchor plate bezel plastic retainers.

  1. { If equipped } Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.
  2. { If equipped } 3rd Row Seat Back Latch Release Handle Bezel (1) » Remove
  3. { If equipped } Feed the 3rd row seat pull strap through the bezel (1) to remove.

  1. Unzip the left and right seat back cover zippers.
  2. Disengage the J-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame.
  3. Reposition the seat back cover and pad as necessary to access the 3rd row seat head restraint cable (2).
  4. Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, open the 3rd row seat head restraint cable cover (1).
  5. Release the 3rd row seat head restraint cable (2).

  1. Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool, push the 3rd row seat head restraint guide clip (1)  rearward while pulling upward on the 3rd row seat head restraint (2).

  1. Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, push the plastic tab of the 3rd row seat head restraint guide  (1) inward and pull upward to remove from the seat back frame.

  1. Remove the 3rd row seat back cover and pad (1) as an assembly. Installation Procedure

  2. 3rd Row Seat Back Cover and Pad (1) » Install

  1. 3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Guide (1) » Install
  1. 3rd Row Seat Head Restraint (2) » Install
  1. Install the 3rd row seat head restraint cable (2).
  2. Close the 3rd row seat head restraint cable cover (1).
  3. Position the seat back cover and pad to the original location.
  4. Engage the J-channel retainers.
  1. Zip the left and right seat back cover zippers.
  1. { If equipped } Feed the 3rd row seat pull strap through the bezel (1) to install.
  2. { If equipped } 3rd Row Seat Back Latch Release Handle Bezel (1) » Install

  1. 3rd Row Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) » Install
