Removal Procedure

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module » Remove — Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation

  1. Air Inlet Housing Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) » Remove

  1. Passenger Compartment Air Filter Housing Cover (1) » Remove
  2. Passenger Compartment Air Filter (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]

  2. Air Inlet Valve Actuator (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. Air Inlet Valve Actuator (2) » Install

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Air Inlet Housing (1) » Install

  3. Connect the electrical connector.

  4. Passenger Compartment Air Filter (2) » Install

  5. Passenger Compartment Air Filter Housing Cover (1) » Install

  6. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) » Install

  7. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  8. Air Inlet Housing Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  9. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module » Install — Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation
