Hood Adjustment

  1. Hood Hinge Bolt » Loosen [4x]

  1. Adjust the hood (1)  in order to obtain an even gap on both sides between the hood and the fenders, headlamps and the front bumper fascia: Hood to front fender (a) 4.0 mm ± 1.0 mm (0.15 in ± 0.04 in) Hood to headlamp (b) 6.0 mm ± 1.5 mm (0.23 in ± 0.06 in)

  1. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) » Loosen [2x]

  2. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch » Adjust

  3. Adjust the hood bumpers as necessary.

  4. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) » Tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications
