Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Inlet Tube Replacement Removal Procedure

1. Remove the spare tire and wheel assembly.

Note

Service mode will be automatically enabled when the ride height sensors detect the vehicle has been lifted off the ground. Service mode will automatically be disabled when the vehicle reaches 16 km/h(10 MPH).

2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

3. Remove the hose clamp (2) from the automatic level control air compressor inlet tube (1). Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

5. Remove the 2 automatic level control air compressor inlet tube retainers (1).

6. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Tube Clip (2) » Remove
7. Remove the automatic level control air compressor inlet tube (1) from the body grommet.

8. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Inlet Tube (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

9. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Inlet Tube (1) » Install

10. Install the automatic level control air compressor inlet tube (1) in the body grommet.

11. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Tube Clip (2) » Install

12. Install the 2 automatic level control air compressor inlet tube retainers (1).

13. Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Inlet Tube (1) » Install

14. Install the hose clamp (2) on the automatic level control air compressor inlet tube (1). Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

15. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

16. Install the spare tire and wheel assembly.
