Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LM2)
Removal Procedure
- Remove the charge air cooler coolant filler cap.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

- Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Remove [4x]
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (3) @ Underbody Skid Shield » Remove [2x]
- Pull the front bumper fascia extension (4) rearward and down.

- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) » Disengage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump » Remove
- Drain the cooling system.

- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) » Disengage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Auxiliary Radiator » Remove
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) » Remove Installation Procedure
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Auxiliary Radiator » Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) » Engage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @ Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump » Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) » Engage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Remove the drain pan.
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension (4) » Install
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (3) @ Underbody Skid Shield » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications
- Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
