DTC B1C0A 54 will set automatically as an indicator that the system is in learn mode and not as a fault indicator. Once the travel limits are learned by the rear gate module, the rear gate module will exit calibration mode and DTC B1C0A 54 become a history code. Conditions for Running the DTC Ignition » On / Vehicle » In Service Mode Conditions for Setting the DTC B1C0A 54 Whenever the rear gate module is replaced or in learn mode. Actions Taken When the DTC Sets B1C0A 54 The power liftgate power open and power close functions will be inoperative Conditions for Clearing the DTC The DTC will be current until the liftgate calibration procedure has been completed. When the calibration procedure has been completed the DTC will be a history DTC.   1. Ignition ON.
  2. Perform the Service Programming System (SPS). The K194 Rear Gate Module should learn the travel limits, exit the calibration mode, and B1C0A 54 will become a history code. ⇒ If the K194 Rear Gate Module does not exit the calibration mode or if B1C0A 54 does not become a history code. Replace the K194 Rear Gate Module. ⇓ If the K194 Rear Gate Module does exit the calibration mode and B1C0A 54 becomes a history code.
