  2. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (2) » Remove [7x]
  3. Wiring Harness Retainer (3) » Remove [4x]

  4. Air Conditioning Evaporator Seal - Large (4) » Remove and DISCARD

  1. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Bracket (1) » Remove
  2. Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Seal (2) » Remove

  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  2. { If equipped } Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct (2) » Remove

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. { If equipped } Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  2. Inspect the upper heater and air conditioning evaporator case (1) and replace as needed.

  1. Inspect the lower heater and air conditioning evaporator case (1) and replace as needed.

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]

  2. Blower Motor (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. Blower Motor (2) » Install

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case - Upper (1) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case - Lower » Install

  3. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [8x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. Air Conditioning Evaporator (1) » Install

  5. Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Module Cover (2) » Install

  6. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  7. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case (1) » Install

  8. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [5x] — Fastener Specifications

  9. Heater Cover (2) » Install

  10. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  11. { If equipped } Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side » Install

  12. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  13. Connect the electrical connector.

  14. { If equipped } Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct (2) » Install

  15. { If equipped } Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  16. Air Inlet Housing (1) » Install

  17. Air Inlet Housing Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  18. Connect the electrical connector.

  19. Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Module Cover (1) » Install

  1. Wiring Harness Retainer (3) » Install [4x]

  2. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (2) » Install and tighten [7x] — Fastener Specifications

  3. Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Drain Tube Seal (1) » Install

  4. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) » Install

  5. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  6. Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Seal (2) » Install

  7. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Bracket (1) » Install

  8. Air Conditioning Evaporator Seal - Large (4) » Install NEW

  9. Air Conditioning Evaporator Seal - Small (3) » Install NEW

  10. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve (2) » Install

  11. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  12. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) » Install — Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation
