Removal Procedure

1. Front Seat Back Cover and Pad (1) » Reposition — Front Seat Back Cover and Pad Removal and Installation

2. Disconnect the electrical connector and reposition the wiring harness as necessary.

3. Using a suitable flat bladed tool, push upwards on the front seat recliner hub tab while sliding the recliner rod (1) outward until the rod is free of the front seat recliner actuator (3).

4. Front Seat Recliner Actuator Shaft (1) » Remove

5. Front Seat Recliner Actuator Motor Bolt (2) » Remove

6. Front Seat Recliner Actuator (3) » Remove Installation Procedure

7. Front Seat Recliner Actuator (3) » Install

8. Front Seat Recliner Actuator Shaft (1) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

3. Front Seat Recliner Actuator Motor Bolt (2) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

4. Connect the electrical connector and position the wiring harness.

5. Front Seat Back Cover and Pad (1) » Install — Front Seat Back Cover and Pad Removal and Installation
