1. Output Shaft Seal (1) » Install NEW [2x]

Note

Ensure proper orientation.

1. Output Carrier Thrust Bearing Assembly (1) » Install
2. Apply DT-36850 Transjel Lubricant to the dog bone and bearing (a) before installing the carrier into the case.
3. Install DT-50921 Output Carrier Lifter (3) and J-26941 Bushing and Bearing Remover (2) to the Output Carrier Assembly (4).

Note

Ensure transmission is NOT in Park, this will ease in installation.

4. Output Carrier Assembly (4) » Install

Note

Ensure proper orientation.

5. Output Carrier Thrust Bearing Assembly (5) » Install
