4. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) » Remove [10x]
5. Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Remove [8x]

6. Pull the front bumper fascia extension (1) rearward and down from the front bumper fascia.

7. Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Remove [4x]
8. Remove the front bumper fascia extension (4).
9. If equipped, release the wire harness retainer.
10. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

11. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove
12. Remove the engine wiring harness from the air cleaner outlet duct bracket.

13. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Fresh Air Tube (1) » Disconnect — Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
14. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) » Loosen [2x]

6. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) @ Engine Oil Cooler Hose » Install

7. Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Oil Pressure Sensor » Connect

8. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Sleeve (1) » Install

9. Engine Wiring Harness Stud (2) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

10. Position the engine oil cooler hose (1) onto the engine wiring harness stud (2).

11. Engine Oil Cooler Hose Bracket Nut (1) » Install — Fastener Specifications

12. Engine Cooler Fan (1) @ Engine Radiator » Install

13. Engine Coolant Fan Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

14. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) » Secure

15. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (2) » Install [2x]

16. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

17. Engine Oil Cooler Hose (1) @ Engine Radiator » Install [2x]

18. Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (3) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

19. Engine Oil Cooler Retainer (2) » Install NEW [2x]

20. Engine Oil Cooler Hose Clip (1) » Secure

39. Starter Solenoid Cable (4) » Install

40. Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

41. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Cover (2) » Install

42. Retaining Tab (1) » Engage [2x]

43. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) » Install

44. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) » Tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

45. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Fresh Air Tube (1) » Connect — Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

46. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

47. Install the engine wiring harness to the air cleaner outlet duct bracket.

48. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

49. Raise the vehicle.

50. Front Bumper Fascia Extension (4) » Install

51. If equipped, install the wire harness retainer.

52. Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

53. Front Bumper Fascia Extension (1) » Install

54. Front Bumper Fascia Extension Bolt (2) » Install and tighten [8x] — Fastener Specifications

55. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [10x] — Fastener Specifications

56. Underbody Skid Shield (2) » Install

57. Underbody Skid Shield Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

58. Lower the vehicle.

59. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling

60. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
