Water-in-Fuel Draining

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
2. Place an approved fuel-resistant container under the fuel filter.

3. Open the fuel filter drain plug (1) to drain the water-contaminated fuel until only diesel fuel is visible.
4. Tighten the fuel filter drain plug (1). Fastener Specifications
5. Prime the fuel system. Fuel System Priming
6. Remove the container.
