DTC Descriptor DTC P15FF Battery Monitor Sensor Signal Message Counter Incorrect For symptom byte information refer to Symptom Byte List. Circuit/System Description The B110 Battery Monitor Module performs internal diagnostics. The Battery Monitor Module communicates to the K9 Body Control Module (BCM) Via LIN. The K9 Body Control Module communicates the B110 Battery Monitor module data to the K20 Engine Control Module Via Serial Data. The Body Control Module sets faults for any errors in the reported alive rolling counts. Conditions for Running the DTC The system voltage is above 11.00 V Engine running Conditions for Setting the DTC DTC P15FF The B110 Battery Monitor Module detects an internal fault, or an error in communication of the alive rolling count is detected for greater than 10 counts. Action Taken When the DTC Sets DTC P15FF is a type B DTC. Conditions for Clearing the DTC DTC P15FF is a type B DTC.   1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify DTC P15FF is not set. ⇒ If the DTC is set 2.1. Replace the B110 Battery Monitor Module. ⇓ If the DTC is not set
